I weigh 230 pounds. I have a treadmill at home and 2 DVD-R Jillian Michaels training for back and frontside.One of my biggest interests run.To running to lose weight and healthier.In my opinion, is an interesting race (not all Borring) sport or hobby.What U, which is the most effective way to lose weight? Running or DVD? I lose 80 pounds. I know them well, but I really need is the operating system to.If how I can start my energy on building the whole way without stopping. I can run for a minute and I've already tired.Please advise me.How long for me to lose too much weight?
